The Special Edition of the catalogue Rose of Nothingness is now available and will accompany the exhibition at the Israeli Pavilion in the Arsenale at the 61st International Art Exhibition, La Biennale di Venezia 2026. Drawing its name and spirit from the poetry of Paul Celan, the publication presents an interview with the artist alongside a range of essays that illuminate Belu-Simion Fainaru’s practice as it unfolds in this exhibition.

A substantial 200-page expanded edition will be released during the Biennale.

Belu-Simion Fainaru's career spans major international exhibitions, including Documenta IX in Kassel and the 58th International Art Exhibition, La Biennale di Venezia 2019. He presented numerous solo exhibitions at leading venues worldwide, including the Israel Museum, Jerusalem; SMAK, Ghent; M HKA, Antwerp; the Museum of Modern Art, Brussels; Wilhelm Lehmbruck Museum, Duisburg; the Modern Art Museum, Saitama, Japan.
